When my dad traced our family roots back to Scotland, Forfar to be exact; I wanted to learn more about this amazing country.  During my travels, I started to sample the different types of whisky that Scotland had to offer and boy, are they different!  Our goal is to capture the unique flavours of the four corners of Scotland - Speyside,  Islay, The Highlands andThe Lowlands...

    It takes 200g of beef to make 100g of jerkly.
    Our marinade is made up of soy sauce (soybean, wheat), pineapple juice, worchester sauce (fish), brown sugar, balsamic vinegar,
    Speyside Whisky, and a unique blend of herbs and spices.
