Who is Lazy Clay ?

I grew up in Montana and Nebraska, where quality beef jerky was in abundance.    When I made the move to the UK, I found that the only jerky available was either imported,  mass produced, or synthetic tasting strips of meat.  I really missed good ol', handcrafted beef jerky, so,  I decided to make my own from an old family recipe.   Soon, friends and family were asking for more, so...

Lazy Clays was born.

We believe great beef jerky doesn't come from a large factory.  Unlike some other jerky brands, all of our products are made from the best 100% British Beef available.  Our jerky is hand selected,  carefully cut and thoroughly marinated prime beef.  It is tender and flavorful with no added  preservatives or flavour enhancers.

Our goal is simple,  to bring the the finest tasting jerky this side of the pond.
